A free, public directory of Canadian technology companies, what each one offers, which American service it stands in for, and what it costs. It is maintained by KanataCloud and is free both to browse and to be listed in.
How do you decide what counts as an alternative?
An entry lists an American product when the two serve the same job, judged from public product information. That is a category-equivalence claim, not a claim of feature parity — every profile states where the fit is imperfect.
Why is so much pricing missing?
We publish a figure only with a link to the page it came from and the date we read it. Until then it shows as not yet verified rather than as an estimate, because a directory that invents numbers is worth less than one that admits what it does not know.
How does a Canadian company get listed?
